Maybe Beinart makes too much money -- maybe not considering the cost of living in NY -- but saying that the taxpayers should not support competition for NYU and Columbia is absurd. I take it that means Fieldston parents should not support public schools either? As for part time work, I watched my wife, making far less as an adjunct, work far more than 40 hours a week though only six or so of those were in the classroom. This post only demonstrates your ignorance .... and just wondering what defenders of Israel make? You going to post that?
