Army "bases"

The only Army base I'm aware of in upstate NY is Fort Drum. Thus the notion that she fought for "bases" is nonsense. Ira your description of the upstate economy as crummy is right on the nose. Brooks also omitted HRC's promise to create 200,000 upstate jobs. Never happened.
