Not really a new IdeaReader comment on: Non-Bank Lender Submitted by Lyle (United States), Nov 29, 2016 17:04 Grameen Bank won a nobel prize in economics for this idea: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grameen_Bank. Of course historically banks have been for the folks at the top and did not really care about the lower class folks.
