Mr. Stoll, has once again, captured lightning in a bottle. The editor identified one reason there is chaos in the White House, despite the President's straight ahead fortitude in pressing the campaign agenda that got him elected. On the day of the 2017 inauguration, the Obama forces began the ex-President's third term. Did it occur to the intended new White House occupants that the Obama administration was still in charge and that [Yes, it's true] a DOJ attorney in Eric Holder's Justice Department, Sally Yates, was the lead counsel for the government, arguing in behalf of the Executive order restricting immigration from 7 mideast countries.
