I suspect that in the northern part of Fl there are not a lot of financial types except for possibly Jacksonville. So for example if you locate north of where the Florida Turnpike splits off I 75 (50 or so miles north of Orlando) you won't find a lot of them, albeit the Univ of Fl is in that region.
