Is there a point to his screed? Or is it simply another excuse to dump on Donald? Just in the grafs quoted above, he strings together one unsubstantiated premise after another. And what's with the ref to "bluejeans everywhere"? Does Brooks believe that fashion conformity is a sign of progress worth celebrating?
