Instruct folks that the only way to change a password is to type the address and and navigate to the page, never ever click on a link to change your password. (Works unless the computer in question is already compromised in that urls are redirected in the background). That would have stopped the fishing. Of course in addition the IT folks in the campaign should have known this also.
