The actual effects of most regulation by the new plantation lords.

Reader comment on: How Regulation Killed the Station Wagon and Created the Minivan

Submitted by Jim Whitehead, Jul 6, 2019 09:09

This is a good example of the actual effects of government: usually the exact opposite of the promised benefits. Govt. health care was promised to save $2500 and cost most thousands more. For us, it made it unaffordable so we lost it. Did Obama and most pols know this? Do they want Socialism to crush us down while they, the new plantation lords, live off our backs? What plantation lords always do to keep the peasants quiet: take their guns away. J
