You're really contorting yourself here. A news organization that maintains a correspondent (who is most likely a stringer) in Iran isn't on the same plane as paying bribes and engaging in extensive commerce with the regime. Bribing foreign officials is illegal. It doesn't matter whether other companies do it too -- this is about Koch.
