John Gillis has it right. How many decades do we have to wait before we realize that the end of the world is not at hand and we do not have to repent of our alleged sins (the sins being technology and prosperity)?

This whole global warming nonsense started circa 1987--that's 25 years ago. What's happened since then? Nada. What's been learned from the nada? Nada.
