0% unemployment if we just hand the economy over to the government

We could "create" so many jobs by painting bridges, digging holes and refilling them, sharpening pencils no one will use, moving furniture around federal offices, blowing up balloons and popping them,. The job "creation" opportunities are endless if we just let our federal government control the economy. We could be down to 0% employment and utopia in no time at all. Start painting, who cares what it costs?
