If there ever was a time when a libertarian position could be expressed in populist language, it's obvious you're way out of practice. The fat cat in his Cadillac? Come on, already by the Fifties that line was out of date. Ever since the working classes could aspire to own a car Americans haven't begrudged owning the best (and might I suggest updating your rather bouj' examples?).

If you want to go this route, better try the private jet class; and while you're at it don't forget: sleek is the new fat, minimalist the new wasteful. Makes the old imagery a bit harder to recycle, doesn't it? Then again, nobody would buy including physicians among the sleek cat class, so what would be the point? Come to think of it...
