Abolish the corp income tax and replace it with a vat set to a level to yield the same revenue. First this would send a lot of accountants and lawyers to the unemployment line, as all the work to avoid corp taxes would be ended. Second it would level the import export playing field. An imported car would pay the same vat as a domestic car for example if they had the same value. Thus the penalty the corp tax places on work in the US would be eliminated. Since only people pay taxes, let's set it up that way.
