What is the net net tax result

Considering the tax reduction in the stimulus as well as the increases mentioned here what is the net result? It may be that some went up and some went down so the net result is zero. Of course if you are one of those whose taxes went up you're unhappy, while if your taxes went down you may not have noticed it.
