So, you know the price is going to go up on a certain day because you know the vaccine looks good. But you don't want to do anything obvious, like set a fixed-date sale for after the election. So you just set up a price trigger that you're confident the stock will achieve once the good news is announced, and make sure that the good news is not announced until the day after the election. Odds that President Biden'e SEC will think this is of any investigative interest, anyone?
