When you have to press a number to use your own language, in your own country, you have overdone immigration of people who use the alternate language. It's an indication that your country has openly discriminated against people who use other languages or discriminated in favor of those who use that language. Or, it may indicate that your country has lost complete control of its borders. We can and should let people in from all accepted countries, but we have a duty to make the system fair for all immigrants, not just those who can walk in.
