The first act of a successful revolution is to shoot the leaders. Copernicus, remember, withheld publication of de Revolutionibus until he was on his deathbed. FOI2009 is just being prudent. Reviewers of submitted papers to journals might be less objective if they were not anonymous. Why is the secret ballot so important ?
