Huge retailer

Wal-Mart did not start off as a "huge retailer." Wal-Mart may hurt some smaller businesses, but others will learn to market to niches that Wal-Mart doesn't market to. One or two of those may become "huge retailers" in a few decades.

BTW, doesn't Gristides make it harder for mom and pop bodegas or fruit and vegetable stands operate profitably?
