UPS and FedEX do not provide universal coverage. They contract out to the Post Office for many rural deliveries. Like wise, the Post Office pays FedEX to use extra room in thier planes to deliver mail. Keep in mind also, that the Post Office is the only federal agency that receives no tax money. They run solely on the fees for their service. Whether you agree with the President or not, at least get the facts straight and tell the truth please.
