Tricky statistics?

When you look at the raw numbers, the difference is far less than a cursory glance at the chart appears, a difference of about 1.5%. Healthcare stocks fluctuate up and down a little, but ended up back at their starting point on the chart. Still, 1.5% in terms of raw dollars is still a lot of money and I'd like to see far more free market solutions before any government takeover.
