Jackson got the best medical care money could buy, and look where it got him. Anyway perhaps in the case you cite its an example of a fool and his money. It's not clear that seeing a physician would produce better care, if you have a common problem. Of course it is true everywhere if you have enough money you can get all the medical care you like, including a private jet to take you to the hospital.
