Providing context to counter the anti-capitalist attacks of the New Yorker is a valuable service.

And contrary to the nonsensical comment about this piece being an instance of a "herd instinct" by the journalist who wrote it, I have to wonder where that commenter ever saw a herd of journalists knowledgeable about capitalism. Such a phenomenon doesn't yet exist, and in any case would hopefully never be a "herd", since capitalism breeds individuality rather than herd mentalities.
