Great review. It seems to me to parallel leftist ideology of demonizing producers and successful business men and woman for political gain. It is much easier and emotionally dishonest to place blame on success but in times of crisis a common "demon" is fruitful in uniting those that are willing to exploit the circumstances for personal and political gain.

I am sure there are a lot of lessons that can be learned in this book. Human nature and history are so instructive when laid out in a concise volume like this seems to be. A book that needs to go on my list...
