It appears that Mr. Rose is trying to position himself as a global leader of sort. I suppose in anticipation that he will be anointed as Mr. Buffet's successor. I'm am thinking he likes the thought of tax payers paying for his road bed. He is advertising his new logistics business previously known as Freightwise as a global innovation. Mr. Rose is accustommed to ruling with an iron fist. On his railroad you don't dare speak up or have a thought different that the Director/AVP level. If you do you are out.
