The truth is that we are paying alot for the reaserch of the wind techology that is down right useless on a practical scale. they cost toomuch to build they fail under natural fluxuation in temperatures they require a LARGE amount of wind to even produce power which no matter were u put it it isnt enough. the fact oil and nuclear power is less clean than wind should not be a factor when it comes to keeping the heat on in the winter. the fact is one nuclear power plant poruces the same power out put as all the wind turbines in north america combined. for thosewho say the techlolgy will advance for wind generation there right but they dont often say that the techology will also advance for nuclear and oil and so will the disopseal methods of the waste. I find it un fortunate how miss informed people are on the subject of " green energy" compaired to how far we have come with all the others in the last 100 years or so.
