Cohen wore out his welcome at Sears, Roebuck after having arrived there as their CMO from Bradlee's (which I believe went bankrupt under this tutelage as CEO)...shortly after arriving at Sears, Roebuck Cohen was determined to be a liability and he was kicked north to Sears Canada to fade away from Wall Street's view..... he had a lucklustre performance at Sears Canada and was given the hook after he made some strategic calls that the BofD realized was taking Sears Canada off of their anointed path...... he left under a dark cloud...
