She clearly said "fools and knaves." Of course "knaves" makes no contextual sense, which means Bachmann does not know the correct pronunciation.

Knave: an apprentice or male domestic worker. Nave: the central area of a cathedral. Naifs: plural noun variant of naive; pronounced nigh-ayfs (two syllables).

As a presidential candidate (and attorney) apparently trying to project intelligence, she shouldn't use a word if she doesn't know how to pronounce it.
