This use of eminent domain to steal contracts is absurd enough to get support from Dem leaders. What's the new fascist rule...any asset owner that isn't quick enough to do as arbitrarily ordered by the Leader-of-the-moment will have their asset taken by the government? That is the path to the degenerate democratic tyranny that Aristotle identified.
