They should allow students to file for Bankruptcy but instead of passing the entire cost on to the tax payers why not go after the private Colleges that conned the students into attending there schools with false hopes of good jobs and high placement promises. They have made billions of dollars of Federal subsidized loans already and I believe that that is already tax payer's money
