This is the same problem you get with 3rd party fraud in insurance, healthcare, and any product or service paid for by a third party. It's "not my money" so I will spend it in a way that is different than when it is earned through hard work. And I don't care what they charge because in theory I'm not paying (foundation of fraud think Medicaid devices))

Food stamps should only be accepted at locations that provide the basic necessities. Bread, chicken, eggs, etc... They can be private or government warehouses but the incentive should be to drive people off of the program so they can buy pizza or whatever other "luxury" food they care to spend their own money on.

This is being treated as a "lifestyle" choice not a temporary support for struggling families. It has become too easy and acceptable for both the recipient and provider to conduct business as if they were in the private economy. I understand companies trying to get the government funds but this needs to be stopped.

It's time to make earning a living the norm and not replace it with handouts. This is the new Obama economy and it can never grow while people take from the producers and not produce any wealth themselves.
