Rubin was among the crew that consipired to shaft Citi stockholders by 90+% in the last several years. That he was among the group that greatly destroyed value should be the real indictment of his tenure. For such behavior he should be exiled to Adak island in the Aleutian Islands, and all media should decide he is just a crook. (I was one of the powerless stockholders who he shafted)
