As far as I am concerned for a 90% loss they might as well gone 100% and gotten the deed done. Small Shareholders have no voice their vote effectively does not count in the soviet style corporate election process. I do think it's ironic that the best example of soviet style one candidate elections we have is major corporations in the US.
