I would like the candidates, President Obama and Mr. Romney, to answer this question: Do you think that Family Law in America needs to be reformed on the federal government and state level regarding the Bradley Amendment (1986, Public law 99-509, 42 U.S.C. 666(a)(9)(c). This law states that the state is allowed to receive money from the obligor regardless of circumstances.
