more governments watching governments?

This seems to be antithetical to most of what you (and I) usually admonish. We don't need more government to watch over our government. What works best is publicizing the deed and allowing the University to respond. Maybe Mr Gee took a lower pay package in exchange for a promised remodel. Maybe donors put up the money for it or, maybe it's time to clean house. In the end, it's for the citizens of Ohio to deliberate and nobody else.
