Timing of lawsuit against Obamacare

Reader comment on: More on Legal Challenge to ObamaCare

Submitted by D. C. Zimmerman (United States), Apr 8, 2010 09:15

Gerstein is wrong, terribly wrong! To delay the legal challenge is to permit bits and peices to become enacted, making any challenge so messy that no clear decision can be made. Obamacare needs to be challenged NOW in its entirety. I hope the states have enough fortitude to prevent any of its provisions to become enacted prior to the Supreme Court decision. I'm dreaming, I know.
