Outstanding analysis Mr Clemo! Depressing, but outstanding. From your prospective, how can the bill be stopped? I fear the current lawsuits are so vunerable to the commerce clause that they have little chance. That is why I keep e-mailing Governor Perry in Texas to just say no. Make the Feds sue Texas, Fall back on the 10th amendment. Protect Texas citizens from unjust laws. Sounds good to me. Sueing parts of the bill will just cause the Supreme Court to rule it too complicated to rule on.
