Absolutely Correct.

But as long as NYC residents allow Little Cesar to conttol their lives they don't stand a chance.

They are where they are because they allowed this very small person to run for a third term and now they're paying for it - big time. They ahve only themselves to blame.

Tell me again - what percentage of NYC high school graduates are functional illiterates?

But Little Cesar will dictate to them and business owners how to live their lives and conduct their businesses. What a City!
