I think the answer is yet.

No one has forced these men to take risks. Everyone is in a risky position--these men just get a reward from other tax payers. Every tax break (and there are far too many) ends up being a cost to other tax-paying folks.

Moreover, most hedge funds deal with illegal insider information.
