The correct term is "Stop, Question and Frisk". Just using the term "Stop and Frisk" is very misleading but that is precisely why liberals use it. The cop doesn't stop and frisk you. He stops you and questions you. If your answers are unsatisfactory, then he will frisk you. What kind of questions does the cop ask? Well, the cop may ask you if you live in the aprtment building you are stopped in. He may ask you why you are standing on the street corner at 2:00am. You know, stuff like that.
