These egalitarians are not just wrong but very confused. Why doesn't Robert Reich volunteer to come teach at my university and let me teach at his? Only fair, no? Why doesn't The New York Times let me share the Op Ed page with Paul Krugman--only fair, no? Hypocrisy galore!
