I think this is a good article. You're right about people not understanding the fine print of mortgages, credit cards, and the like. I wonder how many restaurants go out of business because the owners didn't understand their restaurant mortgages. www.apexmtg.com is a good resource for learning more about mortgages in general, and commercial mortgages, specifically. It's incumbent on everyone to learn all they can about what they are getting into, before they sign on the dotted line.
