I've always thought that Jeb was the best of the Bushes and this speech confirms it for me. While his father and brother would embrace the fundamentals, everything about them suggests that they could not deliver this speech with quite the same sincerity and conviction, and yet, this is the message and the demeanor we hunger for. Can he stay on course and on target? Is this the man and the moment? We'll see.
