that projects from Washington D.C., and which subsequently set out to improve Detroit many decades ago. If what Bush says was Lincoln's dream was really Lincoln's dream - and Bush or Lincoln likely was just kidding - Lincoln took "bold" steps to set in motion forces and arrangements which enabled its killing. Bush now says he could repair the damage in part with this catchy sounding PAC. In the aggregate. That should work out fine. Color me still discouraged.
