Another chapterReader comment on: Who Put Spitzer on the AIG Case? Submitted by John Gillis (United States), May 1, 2015 18:00 Another chapter in the evil that is Spitzer. Makes a lot of sense that in today's world of government and select crony businessmen being in cahoots, that one or more AIG opponents in the "business establishment" would have attempted to use the cudgel of the AG's office to hobble/destroy AIG/Greenberg. Well they did a pretty good job of it, although they didn't count on Greenberg being a) so strong on the defensive and b) that Spitzer would self-destruct and c) Greenberg living in a ripe old age so he could defend himself.
