boasts?

On the history page of the bank, the last mention says that Barack Obama lives in Hyde Park. I don't now how this is boasting of connections. Perhaps the proximity means a bank official could walk down the street and knock on his door? What connections are there? There is no evidence of any connections, other than the coincidence that they share the same zip code.
