Real problem is employer healthcare

Insightful commentary here but why should employers need to engage other businesses in a whole range of services for their employees that have nothing to do with their core business. Employer-sponsored healthcare is doomed because no matter how much capitalism you throw at the problem -- and amen for more capitalism -- at the end of the day you are still trying to fix an anachronistic, inefficient, expensive, lumbering ox of a system that doesn't work anymore. Enough.
