Small government corruption

Reader comment on: Small Government Is More Honest Government

Submitted by Robert Schaul (United States), Sep 9, 2015 17:26

I am a staunch advocate of smaller government. BUT, over the years I have seen many, many examples of corruption in small government entities, whether it is no-show nepotism, graft, theft or kickbacks, to name a few. The main difference is that in the case of big government the numbers are bigger, but the myriad different levels of small goverment miscreants end up dwarfing the big government misdeeds.
