Exodus 22.28 Thou shalt not revile Elohim, nor curse the ruler of thy people.

But the question is if the said judge is even qualified biblically - chances are a resounding NO.

Ecclesiastes 3.17 I said in mine heart, Elohim shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.
