Mr. Stoll is correct about this absurdity of these two statists (Clinton-Trump) out-bidding each other on how much they are going to boondoggle the infrastructure of the country.

Best if the all the Interstate roads are all made toll roads and sold to private companies, which entirely eliminates the need for government in this area of life. Same goes for ports and bridges, which should be privatized.

As to Mr. Stoll's suggestion that regulations should be eased, there is a more passionate and complete statement of this good sentiment: "Get the hell out of the way" (I believe from Atlas Shrugged).
