Included Gartner says that 1/3 of jobs will be automated away by 2025, Mcdonalds during its trails says, that1 it is expected by younger customers, gives reason of higher customer satisfaction as well. The article points out that there has not really been any change in McDonalds order experience since it was founded.

Note that McDonalds is also doing this in France as well.

Basically we might say that silicon employees are far cheaper that human employees for a large number of reasons, including the amount of management needed. (Computers don't talk back or demand reasons, and the like)
